No problems with the service provided by Lloyds. Disappointed that although the booking form asks if there is anything that should be looked at, when I asked to review the air conditioning which does not blow cold, the request was ignored in spite of my reminding them of it. It was also ignored last year. The offer to review car problems should be removed from the website if it is not genuine.
