I brought my car in for a MOT and service. Whilst my MOT failed, the staff contacted me quickly to let me know and would let me know the issues. 2 hours later, they had passed my MOT and my car was ready to collect. They showed me videos explaining what exactly was wrong and what needed to be done. Staff were friendly, informative and I found the pricing very fair. Also extremely happy with how quickly my car was worked on!

After reading the reviews, I decided to try Lex Autos. Dropped off my car at 9 am and my car was ready to pick up by 12pm. After MOT, I made a mistake by opening the driver's door quickly which detached the side mirror cover. I went back to Lex Auto same day and the mechanic was ready to help right away. The owner of Lex Autos didn't charge me for this and I was really pleased.
