The vast majority of customers rate this garage very highly, praising the friendly and approachable staff, competitive pricing, and quick turnaround on MOTs, services, and repairs. Communication is frequently highlighted as a strength, with many customers appreciating prompt updates throughout the process. A small number of reviewers did experience issues with organisation and reliability, including occasions where the garage was unexpectedly closed or work was not completed as booked, and the garage may benefit from more consistent proactive communication to customers when delays or changes arise.
