From my first contact through to getting my car back, I cannot fault Kim and her team. The communication and upfront, honest reports on my car and its various issues and faults were spot on. I am also really appreciative of the use of a courtesy car, although it wasn't my car, at least it had A/C that worked!! Thank you, Kim and thank you to your team.
