Met Justin the other day in relation to having my BMW engine oil change. Warmly welcomed and thoroughly inspected the car especially the engine bay before starting his job while also allowing my presence for the whole duration of work. Justin very gently and thoroughly handled my car without rushing into things. Finished his job in time and did a final inspection before saying good bye. Ohhh ! I forgot to mention he also carried out a FREE diagnostic check which was a bonus.highly recommend JS
