“I paid more for a poor service”

Didn’t go through what was the problems . Said 3 hrs for a major service ,was more like 2 . Left my battery connector loose . I should have stuck to my gut instinct.attached to house kinda garage . Won’t be returning

Good morning Sonia, I am very sorry to see that you feel this way. We have never experienced feedback like this before.As you can see from previous reviews our customers are always happy & satisfied with the work they have received. I would have to disagree where you have said that we did not go through the issues with your vehicle; as Justin explained to you on collection the problems that had been found. We also informed you that we had repaired the cigarette lighter, replaced your bulbs (FoC) & fixed the 12v USB socket that was not working (again FoC). All faults found where logged on the paper work you received using a traffic light system. This can be looked back on by the customer and we keep a copy electronically. We do not remove your battery to test it, it is done via connecting our machine direct to the live terminal on you car. We give a 3hour window to allow maximum time incase of (for example) difficult spark plug removal, or any other problems that may occur.
