Customers consistently praise this garage for its friendly, helpful staff and smooth, efficient service, with many highlighting how easy it is to book and how well they are kept informed throughout. The collection and drop-off option, complimentary health checks, and thoughtful touches such as a comfortable waiting area with free drinks are frequently appreciated. A small number of reviewers mentioned that estimated completion times could occasionally be communicated more clearly, though the overall experience left the vast majority happy to return and recommend the garage to others.

“Slightly disappointed”

I booked my MOT online and noted the car would be dropped before they opened and picked up at 3.30pm to accommodate my working day. I arrived at 4.10 and my car was on the ramp going through MOT. I had arranged to borrow a car for work that day and this was unnecessary, I could have just took the car in after work and sat and waited had I known. Normally always happy with the service here but was just a bit disappointed on this visit.

Hi Julia, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear yout MOT was carried out later, this was due to computer software issues we were having intermittently throughout the day and it did mean some MOTs had to be juggled around. I do understand your points though and this should have been communicated with you earlier in the day and i apologise for this not happening. I do hope next time our service lives up to your usual visits and expectations. I will pass your comments on to the team for monitoring and improvements - Sarah (Owner)
