Customers consistently describe Jordans as friendly, efficient and honest, with MOTs and repairs often completed the same day, sometimes while they wait, at fair prices. Reviewers also frequently praise the clear communication, easy online booking and willingness to fit in jobs at short notice. A very small number of reviewers mentioned that the waiting area is compact, and one noted that some workshop language could be toned down near the viewing area.

“Excellent in all regards”

Jordan’s were easy to book online and they verified the appointment with a call. On the day, in atrocious weather, they were helpful with greeting me and whisking the car into the service which they accomplished speedily and economically.
