Customers are overwhelmingly positive about this garage, praising friendly, helpful staff, clear communication and quick turnaround on MOTs, servicing and repairs, often completed the same day. Many highlight easy online booking, fair pricing and an honest approach, with several long-standing customers saying they would not go elsewhere. The only minor points, raised by a small number of reviewers, were that the kerb at the customer parking area could be made easier to use and that a quick service may sometimes cost slightly more than at national chains.
