"Very impressed first experience. Helpful opening times from 7am-7pm Monday to Friday (and also open for a few hours on the Saturday). Very friendly and professional manager who assertively but pleasantly extolled the virtues of coming to JEM without being too pushy. Quote seemed competitive and certainly the quality of the bodywork repair was excellent. The car was ready when promised and cleaned before being returned. A brake light that went just before driving off was replaced without fuss and charge.
