“Highly recommend these guys”

I can’t recommend these guys enough! The service was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. Communication with Oliver was excellent — he was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to any questions I had. Jack and Morgan worked brilliantly as a team and were both very professional, friendly, and efficient. I’m more than happy to recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

“Didn’t turn up!”

Didn’t turn up to complete work. Messaged late in the evening to apologise for not coming and said booking slipped through the cracks.

Reply from JD Auto Services

Hello David, I completely understand the negative review. I am really sorry you had such a negative experience, definitely not what we wanted to provide. Sorry if my messaged Saturday felt insincere, I didn't want to send a massive paragraph or ring you due to it being so late, normally I'd contact you well before your booking. We'd love to still complete this work or other work you required at a massive discount due to my poor management. I think actions speak louder than words, Due to this we love the opportunity to show you we are sorry by giving you a much better experience, please reach out if we can do anything to fix this. Take Care Oliver
