Customers are overwhelmingly positive about this garage, with exceptional communication, transparent video health checks, and competitive pricing consistently praised across reviews. The collection and drop-off service is a particular favourite, and many reviewers highlight the honest, pressure-free approach to recommending work as a refreshing change from main dealerships. One reviewer noted the garage can be slightly tricky to locate, though helpful directions were provided, and a small number mentioned that pricing may not always be the absolute cheapest in the area, though the quality and professionalism were felt to more than justify the cost.

“As always, an honest approach to vehicle servicing”

I have used Jamie / J Brett Autos on several occasions now. Time after time I received honest, fair and knowledgeable insight and treatment from him. Many other traders could take many lessons from him. For me it isn't the best location to travel to, but I will happily make it to get the best service and experience. Thanks Jamie.

I’ve gone to James a few times now and always received a good service. He will message you and tell you what’s going on and advise on all the things wrong. Really good service. Will continue using James as I trust him to do the job right
