Customers consistently praise this garage for its straightforward online booking, clear and competitive pricing, and friendly, knowledgeable staff who keep clients well informed throughout. Many reviewers highlight it as a trustworthy alternative to main dealers, with several returning customers noting they would not take their BMW anywhere else. One reviewer mentioned that spark plugs were not included in a major service, which a small number may find worth clarifying at the point of booking.

“Great Service”

Have been using iridium for several years now for servicing and MOT of my 2007 BMW Z4. Very happy with the service provided. My only minor gripe is that they offer AM or PM appointments for which I always choose AM however the car is never ever ready until late afternoon.

Great service, great value for money. Hands down better than the corporate dealerships

“Great service and price”

Used Iridium for a number of years to look after my BMW and the service received has always been very good and as good, if not better, than taking it to a main dealer. I’ve never felt pressured to have any work done that wasn’t needed and always really helpful in explaining what may be required in the future, all this at a really affordable price.
