The service and repairs that were required to resolve my issue were done as requested. But communication needs some improvement, as I didn't receive a call to let me know the car was ready. Aside from that I am happy with the service I received and would recommend Ipswich Clutch Centre.

The garage could fit my car in for a full service and MOT within 2 days of booking. The garage were lovely, I was immediately called when the car failed and I was given the cost of the parts needed. Within about an hour the car was all done and I was given an updated price of what it would cost which was exactly as expected. Guys at the garage were lovely and I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

They fixed my car very quickly and kept me updated by telephone. They explained the breakdown of charges which seemed reasonable for the work. I was advised that the Ka should keep going for a while now as other places it fails had already been fixed.
