Customers consistently praise the friendly, helpful team, quick turnaround and clear communication, with many valuing the easy online booking, courtesy cars and honest advice that avoids unnecessary work. Pricing is generally seen as fair and competitive, and several long-standing customers highlight the dependable quality of workmanship. A small number of reviewers felt certain costs, such as air conditioning top-ups, were on the high side, and one mentioned a coolant level concern after a service that may benefit from a quicker follow-up.
