My BMW was stating that the front brakes pads needed replacing and so I booked it in accordingly. When I picked it up it transpires that there was a faulty sensor and I was only charged for the repair. Very honest as others would have replaced the pads unnecessarily! This is the first time that I have used Cazoo Ipswich and I will definitely be using them from now on.

I had my car serviced and MOT by this garage for the second year running I am pleased with the communication and the work, I would have liked to have seen the broken part just for verification, maybe that’s something that could be taken on board.
