Easy to arrange your car drop off and polite staff. Did advise staff member of problem which should have been covered by warranty but ignored and not rectified. Advisory 2 in Red were not advised prior to collection of vehicle which would have allowed me to request attention. Bonnet strut NOT secured which caused extreme rattle when driven. Car wash done but windows not cleaned.overall a fair job but could do better.
