Had an MOT and interim service , at a reasonable price . The staff contacted me to arrange date and time to pick up my car . Someone arrived to pick up the car , get the car MOT’d and serviced , and brought the car back . The guy was pleasant and helpful on the phone , as was the guy who transported my car to and from Veale’s . Great service ,can’t fault them , and I will use again . Thank you .

This would have been 5 star but when booking in I was told that someone would be working until 7pm and to drop my car off for MOT a little earlier and it would be done early next day. On arriving garage was closed up. Was not told that I could have left the keys in the petrol station booth. Otherwise excellent service.

Service cancelled by email 2 hours before appointment. Owner seemed to be confused by online booking. These things happen, but next appointment offered was 11 days ahead. Very very mild apology. I work for the Which? consumer organisation and expected better from a long established family firm.
