Service was amazing from booking my car with gav making sure my car is in the best condition it could be in and Omar the technician explained all my issues to help me understand how issues occur.

Customer Review

“Affordable friendly service”

Gav and the team were great with sorting my car out. I don’t know much about cars but they reassured me about what was being done so I felt at ease. Didn’t take long to do the repair and offered me to sit in the office while I wait, including access to the toilet. Great service and friendly staff - very happy with the repair.

“Didn’t turn up”

Was booked in for collect and deliver. Missed one call from the garage, rang them back but not answer and their mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry that the collection and delivery of your vehicle was later than expected, and we completely understand your frustration. We did collect the vehicle as arranged, but unfortunately we were delayed and did not arrive at the expected time. As an apology for the inconvenience caused, we discounted the work carried out on your vehicle. We also tried to contact you to explain the situation, although we appreciate that you were unable to get back through to us. Our phone lines were particularly busy at the time, and we’re sorry if this made it difficult to reach us. We always aim to provide a reliable and professional service, and on this occasion we appreciate that we fell short of the service we aim to provide. Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry again for the inconvenience caused.
