My car was picked up as requested for an MOT and service. I was kept informed as to any work that was required and my car was delivered back on the same day. It was a painless/seamless experience, delivered in a very friendly manner. I would definitely recommend this reasonably priced garage.

Absolutely flawless service. Collected and dropped at home address, fantastic communication, had MOT, full service and essential work done. Polite, cost effective and my car is driving so much better. I will use for all my car requirements and have recommended to friends. Customer service is excellent.

Booked in for 10:00am. Phone call on the day to say collection now 11:30. After chasing they eventually arrived at 1315! I chose a morning appointment for a reason. Wasn’t impressed with lack of communication on phone. Good at answering emails though. Payment is confusing. Told that card reader didn’t work and to send money via bank transfer which I wasn’t happy about. Had an email later with a pay now button, which I did. Then they rang and said it had gone to wrong account??? Not good.

Sorry to hear you are unhappy We tried really hard to please you however everything we did just wasn’t good enough All emails were responded to promptly and an estimated time of arrival was given Our technician contacted you on the day and informed you he was running a little late Your postcode was not local to us and was a 2 hour return drive. When he arrived you were really unpleasant towards him the whole time he was there which he complained to me about. You were sent a payment link with the invoice which you paid the next day Sorry you unhappy I’m just trying to understand why
