Customers consistently praise this garage for friendly, honest and trustworthy service, clear communication and quick turnarounds on MOTs, servicing and repairs, with many noting fair prices, no hidden extras and no pressure to upsell. Several long-standing customers describe it as their regular go-to garage, and advisories are often explained in plain terms. A small number of reviewers mentioned that booking confirmations made through third-party sites could be clearer, and one noted the garage was busy at the time of their visit.
