Booked a brake fluid change and BMW iDrive update. They quoted nearly double the price over the phone, so I booked online. Dropped my car off for 1.5 hours, but dashcam footage showed no work done-except reset the service warning before even opening the bonnet. Confronted them, and they apologized, offering to redo it.second time it was done in 5-10 mins with an old-school method, likely leaving air bubbles,spongy breaks. service history never updated and after two weeks of excuses, I gave up.
