Hi Mr Steve,thanks for sparing time writing a review however bad. No surprise as it was expected from you, inspite of your aggressive and threatening behaviour to myself. Although i explained you in simple words that we've reset the service indication as per the interim service carried out on your car. However the spanner light indicates inspection due that wasn't relevant to the work we did today. Exceptionally we scanned and checked for any possible reset options that unfortunately our system doesn't support that was briefed to yourself on collection. Also in regards to vitnacin dirt in drivers footwear, we wouldn't mind cleaning if you'd highlighted. Be assured your threatening behaviour wasn't wellcome at all and no actions been taken against that as of now. Hope that helps.
