When I came across Elite Garages whom were new to the Isle of Wight I decided to book a service and MOT as my usual garage had closed. Having given me a £20 discount off my MOT and a very competitive service price. I was booked in for the first slot of the day so i asked if I could leave my car with them overnight which was no problem. When I picked up my car the following day I received perfect service from the receptionist and was charged the price I had been quoted, my car now runs perfectly.

Not happy received a call from Elite Garage day before I was going in for the MOT telling me that they are fully book and can not carry out the MOT . They blamed Book my garage for not being up to date with their bookings. I have any moved over to the IOW and was looking for a reliable garage to service and carry out any repairs to my car it will not be Elite Garages.
