Booked through bookmygarage, didnt hear anything from the garage so i rung them the day before my mot to find out what time to drop my car off only to be told they had cancelled my booking!!! No explanation as to why just its cancelled! This is the 2nd time i have had this through bookmygarage so will not be using either garages or this website again.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience Karen and completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, especially so close to your MOT date. Your booking was sent to the garage by us immediately after it was submitted on 14 January. Unfortunately, it appears that the booking was not opened or acted upon at the garage’s end, which led to this situation. We appreciate that this does not change the inconvenience caused to you, and for that we sincerely apologise. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We are carrying out an internal investigation to reduce the risk of this happening again and to improve communication between ourselves and our garage partners. We’re very sorry that this has happened more than once and understand why you would feel let down. We do hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future, as this is a rare issue and not representative of the service we usually deliver.
Very nice and honest guys! They have knowledge about mechanics that is %100. Type specific garage offered a £200 service for faulty sensor,then these guys resolved the issue 10 times cheaper.Recommended
