Booked this online which was a very easy and simple process, I was called the next morning to confirm the booking. The engineer turned up on time, carried out my service on the drive and took my car for the MOT. Very professional service and I didn’t have to do anything. Definitely be booking again!

Communication very poor, service cancelled on day, due to sickness of mechanic, then received call to ask where I was as Mechanic at my house. Mechanic sent out with incorrect service pack. Call out charge not very clear when booking service , so additional cost I was not aware of. Was informed after service that I would need to contact Mercedes for them to add servicing record, which is likely to come as an additional expense, this I believe should be pointed out up front. First time user.

Hi Francis I'm so sorry you feel you have had a bad experience with us, I have emailed over screenshots of the 3 prompts there is making you aware there is a call out fee, so I hope this helps you feel its not something we hide. We are running a new software program and there was a mix up in jobs so for that I apologise and thank you for your patience at the time, while we adjust to changes. And sadly we rely on the registration and our suppliers sending us the right parts and although they were not the issue was quickly resolved and the job completed.
