“Poor service”

This garage came up on Bookmygarage with availability. I emailed immediately afterwards asking if they could indeed do a collection as they’ve already claimed. I added the post code and the time I would need to there. After five days of not hearing from them, I telephoned to see what the plan was as no one had replied to my email. I was told no, they didn’t collect from my post code and then the phone was out down rather abruptly.

I am sorry for your experience. I believe you required a collection from Leamington at 8.30am. A bad line may have contributed to events so I am not sure you heard or understood the points we were raising. Leamington is well outside our usual designated area for collection and given the 30 min drivetime was not achievable for 8.30am. I was in the office at the time and heard my colleague talking to you. I heard him talking courteously, explaining the situation to you and was not left with any impression that the phone was put down abruptly. Maybe a difficulty in hearing the conversation for both sides but certainly nothing intentional.

Very happy with my first time using Cromwell Garage. Found them to be very polite and efficient and price extremely competitive. In conclusion, will use again next year when my car is ready for full Service and MOT and anything that should crop up before then.
