Hi you took the van in for a interim service, which we carried out as per schedule. There was never any mention of checking out anything to get diagnosed and you never said anything about any faults at the time your vehicle was taken in. On speaking with yourself after surprisingly seen this review you have said that the timing chain has broke approx 7 days after we serviced your van. As I have explained we do not strip down the timing area on a small/interim service and as you agreed the chain was not noisy when the vehicle was with ourselves it is not something we could have forseen happening. I think this review is extremely harsh and not true to facts in what has happened. Wish you all the best. Thank you
