Customers consistently praise this garage for friendly, honest and efficient service, with clear communication, fair pricing and quick turnaround on MOTs, servicing and repairs. Reviewers also value being told upfront what work is urgent, and many say they trust the team enough to keep returning. A small number mentioned that the garage isn't the cheapest, and the occasional customer would have liked a ready-for-collection notification or felt a second opinion contradicted an MOT assessment, so clearer follow-up communication may help.
