Had the service video through showing the underneath of my car and the mechanic explaining various points which was great. I was sent a hyperlink through to either agree or decline jobs that they had suggested. I agreed to 3 investigations at a cost of £45 each Oil leaks from gear box - Power steering fluid pose leak Warning signal on my console regarding boot was open when closed tick boxed report given when my car returned but no explanation or findings of the investigation. Dear Mr Birkett. We are disappointed you have submitted a negative review. A video was sent with all addition works advised by the technician. The system allows you to accept or decline items mentione clearly with costs. The system allows you to accept or decline the additional work. You clearly accepted some of the works. We even had a telephone conversation discussing the additional works and that the vehicle will need to stay over until the next day due to the extra works you accepted this you agreed with and was advised that the vehicle will be ready next day. Once it came to payment you stated that you had not accepted the additional works. It is clearly documented what you accepted and also your understanding that the vehicle will remain at the workshop for that extra day. Regards
