“Will never take my car there again”

The past three mots my car passed with the last one having three advisories which i had done before i took it to central autopoint Corby,they failed it on quite a lot of things including the brakes,i thought they were trying on so i booked it in the next day to a different garage and it passed with no advisories,surprise surprise

Hello Darren. Thanks for taking the time to submit your review, this helps us identify any issues that we may need to address. On this occasion however, I don't see how I can address my MOT tester carrying out his work diligently. You received a video that shows you what our MOT tester sees. We have this in place to keep us transparent. It's great to see that you have repaired last years advisories, and they DID NOT appear on this MOT. Your vehicle failed on: Front wiper not cleaning effectively. Rear brake pads worn down to wear indicator. Offside Rear Coil spring broken. Offside side repeater inoperative. All shown on the video, which incidentally you have watched 18 times. I am more than happy to share the video for any avoidance of doubt. You also have the opportunity to appeal an MOT through the correct channels (DVSA website). We cannot account for another MOT tester standards but I remain happy with the quality of testing here.
