We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.For clarity your vehicle came to us for a pre-MOT inspection, replacement of the rear brake pads and an oil service. The agreed work was carried out accordingly.Following this you contacted us regarding a quote for a turbocharger. We advised that we would get the quote to you “tomorrow”. We did attempt to contact you, however unfortunately the telephone number we had for you was not going through and we were unable to get hold of you.We’re also disappointed by the comments regarding the quality of our work. The work requested was completed and the vehicle was returned to you. You mention that another garage subsequently found issues and corrected some of our work but we were not contacted regarding these concerns or given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and establish exactly what issues were found.We take the quality of our work seriously and always complete to a high standard.
