Booked in for a major service on line, confirmation of booking received instantly. Took car in Monday morning at 8.15 am and was not expecting to hear anything until late afternoon, however txt message before 11 confirming car ready to be picked up. Very pleased, especially as everything was ok and no work required. Thank you.
