Excellent engineers there who know their stuff inside out. Really gave me confidence in their work. Very pleasant people and they offer free collection and return which I unfortunately didn't use. I recommend them without reservation.

All ok until I received my car back full of mud inside and on door seal also technicians check sheet was full of mud and on the back page there was a large muddy foot print I've asked for replacement to be sent out still waiting on this not sure I will use them again unfortunately!

Thanks for your review — I’m really sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you can drop the car back to us or we will be happy to collect and drop back, we’ll make sure it’s fully cleaned and returned to the standard it should have been. Regarding the technician’s report, could you please return it so that i can demonstrate the condition in a managers meeting and at the same time i will create a clean replacement straight away. I’d like to get this sorted for you quickly and hopefully turn your experience around because this is not our way of doing business.
