“Terrible”

Very unhelpful. Failed MOT exaggerated the repairs and work needed to pass. Wouldn't offer a retest because they had no availability. But luckily I found a garage, who not only carried out the minor repairs required they did it within 1 hour and re-mot the car. You should not be taking bookings for mot if you can not accommodate for re-takes. Its a legal requirement. But lessons learned to never use this garage again
