I booked full service for my Mercedes with Brunel Motors through bookmygarage. Brunel Motor after carrying out service informed me that they are not Mercedes authorised and therefore cannot update digital service record for Mercedes. Really disappointed that I was made aware of this after service else I would have got service done elsewhere. When queried why I was not informed about this before start of service, the technician informed me that he would not like to get into silly argument.
