Booked in for interim service for my 1yr old BMW. It just needed oil change, but service was similar price. All went smoothly, however, they also incorrectly MOT'd the car in error. Meaning my car will require another MOT in 12 months, still 6 months earlier than should be due. They apologised and offered a FOC MOT in a year. Car was washed and vac'd for collection. Overall good service. Will use again.
