“Poor service”

I booked my car in to regas my Aircon. I went in two days earlier to check everything was ok and asked how long it would take as I had another appointment later. I was told to bring it in at 9 and it would be ready by 10. I arrived at 8-45. I hung around for a bit then went for a walk. By 10-30 they hadn't even started yet. I asked the manager/ owner what the problem was and he told mm e they were busy. I said that when I checked in earlier he told me again that it would be done by 10. I left.

We have a camper van hire. A client was away in the hottest week of the year. We found this garage online and they resolved the issue very quickly. would recommend 5 stars.
