Booked in for oil and filter change, chap who did it noticed a knocking when driving it into garage, investigated further and found bolt loose and tightened! Didn’t have to go the extra mile but they did! If bolt loosens again have made a recommendation for the future to change a part! Weren’t pushy! Explained things in laymens terms as I have absolutely no knowledge of cars! Have already recommended the garage to friends and family since
