“Professional and friendly approach”

I was advised to have my wheel alignment checked after my MOT. However, when I arrived at the garage, the mechanic noticed that the vibration in the steering wheel was not caused by the alignment, but by an incorrectly balanced wheel. The tyre shop where I had the tyre changed had balanced it incorrectly. The problem has now been fixed, and I can drive safely again. Thanks to the mechanic for finding the actual cause of the problem!
