I think of main dealers as the top of the range in car maintenance. So I have high expectations, that work will be carried out to the highest standard. I had written a request message that some extra work had been carried out, so was surprised to find out that it hadn't been done but some other work that I had requested not be carried out had been. A break down in communication, so when I checked and they hadn't stamped the service book, I was not surprised.
