Initial contact good. MOT and service booked. Was later advised of MOT failure on item that costs at most £30 retail ( not trade) but the labour cost to fit item would be £115.20 Inc vat job duration estimated at 45 mins . Attempted to ring service manager, put on hold 3 times, advised by call taker manager was not at desk. No offer of ring back. Rang back and service manager advised there was no movement on prices quoted . Reluctantly work authorised and completed. Will not be future customer
