Patrons rave about Andrei’s prompt, courteous approach—mobile MOTs, home visits and seamless pick-up/returns—combined with transparent pricing and no-nonsense diagnostics. Yet a minority encountered booking mix-ups, unexpected fee hikes, late returns and an inflexible, bank-transfer-only payment policy. While many would gladly return for the professional, affordable service, those administrative hiccups have left some customers wary.
