Customers consistently praise this garage for its friendly, welcoming staff, clear communication throughout the process, and fair, transparent pricing with no hidden extras. The straightforward online booking, prompt courtesy calls to confirm appointments, and useful vehicle health reports with colour-coded advisories are frequently highlighted as real strengths. A very small number of reviewers noted occasional delays or found certain costs such as diagnostic fees on the higher side, and those visits may benefit from clearer upfront pricing, though the vast majority left thoroughly satisfied and intend to return.
