I’ve used auto serve for a couple of years now with my car. Used to have a lot of problems and had easily spent several thousand pounds in garage costs in the one and a half years of ownership prior to taking my car to auto serve. Since they’ve been looking after it it’s like a new car! Will never go anywhere else now and tell everyone I know to use them

Hi they had my car for mot and service all good they pick the car up 8:00 am and took it away then I had a phone call about lunch time saying it passed mot and they have done the service but there were two nails in one of the tyres and couldn’t get a replacement tyre till the next day so I agreed to leave the car with them overnight then next day when dropping the car off they hadn’t left any documentation of the mot ticket or service so I had to call them they said it was left down there

Hi Shaun, we apologise for this, it was human error on a busy day. The driver forgot to take the paper work when delivering the vehicle back to you. Hopefully this has now been resolved, sorry for any inconvenience caused..

Got my car booked for AC re-gas, staff was very welcoming, professional. They clearly loving their job there ! Clean waiting area with a tele and coffee machine. Job was completed within 45 minutes as at very reasonable price, Would definitely recommend them for a service/repair.
