The online booking process was painless. Reception staff were polite and friendly. The total cost was very reasonable, and the service was completed efficiently. However the car was not driven out of the garage, and I had to reverse it over the pit and manoeuvre it between two large vans. Meanwhile two guys were stood nattering in the corner. Not a very good look.
