Customers consistently praise AMG for their friendly, knowledgeable staff, clear communication throughout the MOT and service process, and convenient collection and drop-off options, with many describing them as trustworthy and fairly priced compared to competitors. A small number of reviewers mentioned minor issues, such as occasional delays in progress updates or a website that could be clearer for finding information, though these were isolated rather than common experiences. The overwhelming majority describe the garage as reliable and professional, with many long-standing customers saying they wouldn't consider using anywhere else.

“Great service all round”

From having my car picked up, checking my MOT outcome, payment, and having my car delivered back to me, I found the whole team to be customer focussed and polite. I will definately use again and I suspect my wife will use them for her car as well.
