“Extra charges at pickup”

Made appointment for full service to be done, they had my number and everything but failed to mention that the price Book My Garage gave was not full price but apparently excluding VAT. I didn’t find out until after dropping the car off already!!! Extremely poor communication. Before pickup they called and said the oil and coolant are leaking, and it will take up to 3 weeks to investigate the cause?! Ridiculous. Picked up the car, will never go back there.
