“Value for Money”

First time to have my car serviced and do the MOT to this Garage. A bit disappointed because NO one even dare to give me a ring or e-mailed me beforehand. Also there was NO Service Report for what was been done to the car after the service which is part of the Quality. Only receipt that was handed over. Would recommend for value for money tho. But garage should give customers a service report next time.

Good morning Renie I am sorry to see that you have not found this visit meets your standards. I have done some looking into this for you and can see that a confirmation email was sent to yourself on the 23/03/26, this may have went into your spam/junk account so I am sorry you did not see this ahead of time, we also confirm on the day that you are in for what you have booked in for online. All our invoices come with a complete brake down of all parts and oil amount/grade used which would correspond with the service that you had chosen through this third party site. We have also added this service onto the Audi digital service record. We hope to see you again in the future to which I hope you have a better experience.
