i booked for a coolant exchange,much easier to have a home call so opted for the AA,which was competitivly priced,the mechanic called within the allotted time,was very pleasant and told me what he was going to do,and advised on other jobs i may require but told they are simple jobs i can do myself,a very good tidy job completed ND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK

I was pleased with the mechanic. He was punctual, helpful, and friendly. However, I didn't receive the report after the service via email as promised. I contacted AA to request it but I didn't ever get a response. So, I was pleased with the mechanic, but not the customer service. I'll likely try another company next time.
